[PD-dev] tclpd build for Mac OS X

Hey Federico,

With the attached Makefile, I got tclpd to build and load on Mac OS  
X.   Minus the swig dependency, it would probably also build and load  
on WIndows. It looks very promising, I could see it being the standard  
API for making GUI objects.
