[PD-dev] lib.pd on pd-extended

That moocow issue is caused by the fact that with Pd-devel and Pd- 
extended everything is now built in-place in 'pd/src' rather than  
those odd 'pd/obj' and 'pd/bin' dirs.  Should be fixed in this commit:
