[PD-dev] Tabbed Console plugin

this is a pretty neat idea, but the autofocus 
is too agressive and doesn't make sense when 
there is a steady flow from multiple points. i 
think something akin to a chat client behaviour, 
where the tab title changes color when there are 
new messages in the queue would work better.
