[PD-dev] latest SVN "make install" doesn't copy tcl folder

Looks like the new gui TCL separation stuff is being integrated into
vanilla, yay!

One small bug, however, in the install script.

When I start PD it gives an error about not being able to find
/usr/local/lib/pd/tcl/pd-gui.tcl.

Moving the "tcl" directory from the pd source into /usr/local/lib/pd
fixes the problem.
