Summary: update abstraction when saved

Initial Comment:
when an abstraction is saved under a new name, the parent patch containing that abstraction is not updated with the new abstraction's name in the abstraction's object box.  currently, you need to manually edit the object box to enter the new abstraction name.  this in turn re-loads the entire abstraction, and of course re-initializes all communication between the parent patch and abstraction too.  this gets very tedious when you work on one patch/abstraction set for a long time.

my suggestion is to automatically assign a new abstraction name to the object box in the parent patch when the abstraction has been saved under a different name.
