[PD-dev] adding standard install paths to the 'puredata' package

So doesn't it make sense to keep "pd" as a name for the lib-directory, just
like "vim" in /usr/share/vim is the common install place for all flavours of
Vim (i.e.  vim, vim-gnome, vim-gtk, vim-lesstif etc.)?
