Summary: textfile cannot read from disk root in Windows

Initial Comment:
In Windows, If you send

[set foo bar, write /somefile.txt(
 |
[textfile]

it will write the file to the root folder of the current drive, just as expected.

However, if you try to read it:

[read /textfile.txt(
 |
[textfile]

it won't read it:
error: /textfile.txt: can't open
error: /textfile.txt: read failed

when obviously the file exists.

Note that:
- it does successfully write to the same path
- it does read from path starting with "/" other than the root, such as "/somedir/textfile.txt"
- it does read from the root if the disk unit is specified, such as "D:/textfile.txt"
