Summary: include pd.lib (and header files) on w32 builds

Initial Comment:
please include the pd.lib file in the Pd-extended builds, so people can build externals against this version of Pd.

the pd.lib file is rather small in comparision to the dll (on Pd-vanilla it is about 90k), so i don't think anybody will notice but those who need it.

header files (of Pd) would be nice as well (but these can be downloaded via svn anyhow)
