Organizing the files and directories like the example projects.  Check  
these libdirs in trunk/externals for examples:

apple ext13 mapping markex mjlib moonlib motex pmpd sigpack smlib  
windowing template

Basically, it means putting all source and help files in the root,  
putting examples into a folder called 'examples' and the files for the  
manual, if it exists, in a folder called 'manual'.
