some (very) minor remarks (after testing the binary from
http://autobuild.puredata.info/auto-build/2010-06-06/Pd-0.42.5-extended-rc1-debian-squeeze-i386.deb)

- manpage points to miller's homepage
- /usr/bin/config-switcher.sh is a _very_ generic term; shouldn't it be
renamed to "pd-config-switcher"?

- the package still conflicts with "pd-externals, gem, pd-pdp, pd-zexy"
i thought i had changed this, but probably only in trunk and not in the
0.42 branch. i'll fix it.
