Summary: pd-ext 0.40.3 -alsa -audiodev # fails, 0.40.3 fine

Initial Comment:
I'm using pd-extended on Ubuntu Jaunty in -nogui mode form the commandline.

Opening pd with -alsa -audiodev # -alsamidi and autoloading a patch that enables dsp results in some alsa errors and no sound:

snd_pcm_open (input): Device or resource busy
snd_pcm_open (output): Device or resource busy

This does not happen with the same os and hardware running pd-extended 0.40.3.

On a related note, I get the same error in 0.40.3 when trying to use -rt with the same options. Non -rt works fine.

Message:
i'm pretty sure that this is a dupe of bugreport #2724318
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2724318&group_id=55736&atid=478070)
?

(if not, just re-open the report by adding more information on how it
differs from 272318)
