[PD-dev] uploading Pd git repository to sourceforge

Hi Hannes --

I'll track down the makefile.am business - it's time I tried the
autobuild system anyway.

I didn't see the "[PATCH] only add window-bindings ..." - is it on Source-
forge or somewhere else?
