Initial Comment:
I set this to high priority since its a trivial change and the only hurdle left before we can use the pure-data.git 0.43 source directly in the libpd/Pd-for-Android project.

This patch creates a "dummy" audio API in the file s_audio_dummy.c, like the existing s_midi_dummy.c.  The libpd implementation calls the Pd callback code directly, so this dummy API is needed to keep various other parts of Pd happy, like the GUI.
