[PD-dev] proposed /usr/bin/pd-gui command

I guess I was feeling "bourne" last night at 2am. ;)  Do you want to
just throw it in where you want, or shall I submit a patch?  I was
thinking pd/src/pd-gui since the stuff in pd/src installs into ../bin,
but I don't think it really matters either way.
