[PD-dev] End of iPd hiatus

Hello again,

Thanks for the prompt responses, this gives me a really good starting point! I'll admit I've been a bit
under the weather this week so I'm still not quite at %100, but I have some time to take a look at this now.

I'm going to see what I can piece together based on the info that you've given me, and I'll let you know
how far I end up getting.
