Summary: FUDI: add space escape to the protocol

Initial Comment:
Since Pd 0.43 a symbol box allows to type spaces and thus allows easily to create symbols containing spaces. However, such symbols cannot be transmitted (respectively they are split during transmission) over the FUDI protocol due to the lack of a white space escape mechanism.

Actually [netreceive] already considers spaces prepended by a backslash as escaped, but [netsend] does not add backslashes before white spaces in symbols.
