[PD-dev] compiling pdlua in windows, macos, android, ...

I think adding pdlua to Pd-extended is a good idea, I'll help you
where I can. I've been thinking that loaders should be installed into
the pd/startup folder, where they will be automatically loaded at
startup. I plan on doing that for the libdir loader.
