Summary: Fixing dummy audio API

Initial Comment:
This patch corrects two oversights in the recently added dummy audio API.  It adds function prototypes to s_stuff.h, and it corrects the invocation of dummy_open_audio in s_audio.c.  It will make no noticeable difference as far as the compiled code is concerned.
