[PD-dev] working pd-ext 0.43 build on windows?

As I mentioned last week,
you can change the pd-settings.reg file in a text editor so it starts 
like this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pd-extended]
"flags"=""
"loadlib1"="libdir"
"loadlib2"="vanilla/list"
"loadlib3"="vanilla"
"loadlib4"="extra"
"loadlib5"="Gem"
"loadlib6"="cyclone"
"loadlib7"="zexy"
"nloadlib"=7
; delete any previous loadlib flags
"loadlib8"=-
"loadlib9"=-
...
