[PD-dev] commit emails from git: pure-data and pd-extended

I just setup a 'post-receive' hook in both 'pure-data' and 'pd- 
extended.git' git repos on SourceForge.  This hook sends the commits  
to pd-cvs at iem.at to join the SVN emails as well.

Let me know if this is a problem for anyone.  I messed up the pd- 
extended.git one before, but now that that problem is ironed out, I  
figured it would be good to have commit hooks for 'pure-data' as well.
