Initial Comment:
OS: Ubuntu 10.04
hardware: Asus EEE pc, Intel Atom
Pd: 0.42-5 (vanilla)

Opening a patch using zexy's [abs~] with dsp on causes:
pd_gui: pd process exited
Segmentation fault

Other orders of doing things (dsp on, load patch etc.) don't make a difference. Just in a few cases pd doesn't crash,  but I couldn't figure out anything else than randomness. Using [abs~_aliased] causes no problems.
