[PD-dev] Pdextended 0.43.1 and vista

damn i wish i could code, maybe i should try and build it on vista, 
have successfully built it on linux before, i would just use the linux version 
but i use a lot of vsts and swapping between two O.Ss can be a bit tiresome.
(kid on the way? somone has been doing the dirty!! congrats man:-)
