Attached is a patch to give [netsend] a second outlet which reports anything received from the server it is connected to. It functions the same

Dammit I hit submit too soon. :(

The patch should apply cleanly against Pd 0.43 and does not affect the
existing [netsend] functionality. It is backwards compatible. Also included
is an updated netsend-help.pd with instructions regarding the new second
outlet.
