Following fixes core miXed/cyclone functionality (miXed/shared/hammer/file.c file) to allow for easier editing of coll files as well as other objects that use hammereditor_open function (about dozen from the cyclone library).

Message:
There are a couple of problems with this patch that limit the
compatibility, so I can't responsibly apply it:
- adding 'ttk::' means its only compatible with Tcl/Tk >= 8.5, some
versions of Vanilla still ship with 8.4
- the Tcl variable console_font does not exist in Pd 0.43 or Pd-extended
0.43, only Pd-extended < 0.43

Also, it needs to be updated to apply to the latest version that's in SVN.
If those are fixed, I would apply it.
