 I've already done it ^^ it's in the pd-list archives and here:

but there is a problem with libiconv, could you give a try with the attached makefile?

maybe I didn't compiled properly libgalv, libiconv makes pd crashing on mp3 encoded with lame...

also the external works if we put the DLL's with the external, and I don't know how to make it working with having the DLL's into system32 or pd/bin, maybe some libtools magicks?
