Summary: ASIO broken in Pd ext 0.43.1 nightly 20110920 on MSW

Initial Comment:
Choose "ASIO (via portaudio)" from media menu.
Select for instance ASIO4All.
click OK

In the menu ASIO is not ticked (nor "Standard (MMIO)")
The Test Audio and MIDI patch doesn't not work.

Reopening "ASIO (via portaudio)" gives two empty lists where the devices should be.

Selecting "Standard (MMIO)" afterwards still works.


Tested on Windows 7 32 bit and Windows 7 64 bit - Pd 0.43.1 extended nightly 20110920
