Summary: fix problem with arrow keys, Home, End, etc on Mac OS X 10.6

Initial Comment:
On Mac OS X >= 10.6 using Tk/Cocoa, pressing arrow keys, home, end, PageUp, PageDown causes a wierd invisible character to be typed into the object box. This patch is a workaround fix for the odd keynums for Home, End, arrow keys, etc. that are getting returned. It is based on the patch from Martin Humphreys, posted on the pd-list
