[PD-dev] how to load shared code for libraries

I just pushed a commit to 'newentry' branch of tkwidgets that  
implements the @loader_path thing.  It seems to work!  Next, GNU/ 
Linux! tkwidgets builds and links to the tkwidgets.so now on GNU/Linux.
