[PD-dev] Including iemnet in Pd-extended

Fine by me, if you are the maintainer.  I was also thinking of adding  
Martin's 'net' library as its own thing.

And since we're on the topic, I was not happy how the iemnet fork  
happened, I think it was disrespectful of Martin.
