Think I've got the essential bits ported by now, for both methods.
Only thing is, I need to manually create makefile.dependencies before
makefile.mingw can do it's work. That is not ok. A diff between
pure-data / pd-extended makefile.mingw doesn't point to a solution. Is
there some other element involved?
