[PD-dev] font size tweak pushed to git... comments?

I understand that you merely tweaked the width and height parameters, 
but the result is a bolder appearance anyway. You can clearly see this 
in the attached screenshots of 0.43-1 vs. current git taken on an Ubuntu 
11.04 system.
