Initial Comment:
When right-clicking on a pdlua object, and clicking Open, it tries to open the source file in the current dir that pd is running in:

Error showing url: Error stating file '/media/share/code/pd-extended.git/tcl/errors.pd_lua': No such file or directory

Instead, it should get the dir of the source file using t_class->c_externdir->s_name
