Summary: hitting Enter/Return on log message intermitently fails

Initial Comment:
In Pd 0.43, you can hit Enter/Return on a log message in the Pd window and it will take you to the object that printed that line, using Pd's "Find last error"/pd findinstance functionality. Sometimes, hitting Enter/Return on a line fails to do anything. Shifting window focus, Cmd-Clicking, or selecting text in the Pd window often fixes it, and then hitting Enter/Return works as it should.

I have no idea where this bug is, my guess is it might be in the Tk text widget somewhere, but I could be wrong.
