Pd-0.43.1-extended-20120220
Macbook pro 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, OSX 10.6.8
built-in sound & RME Fireface 800

Irregular clicks when using portaudio (not when using jack). Other portaudio applications (i.e. Audacity) work perfectly fine.

identical tests on Pd-0.42.5-extended work without any problem.
