currently, if you start Pd with the "-rt" flag and it cannot find the pd-watchdog executable (for whatever reason), it will misrably fail
$ pd
priority 6 scheduling enabled.
priority 8 scheduling enabled.
sh: ...../pd-watchdog: No such file or directory
pd: watchdog process died
pdsend errorname: >>error writing "sock8": broken pipe<<
$

the attached patch fixes this, as it first checks whether there is a file called ${pdpath}/pd-watchdog, and if it cannot find it, it will disable rt priviliges.


PS: i thought i already committed this some days ago, but cannot find it anymore...
