Summary: pd.ico in wrong folder

Initial Comment:
Hi,

trying out the build from yesterday, there's an error in the startup script: pd.ico (usually in the bin folder) is being searched in the tcl folder. This doesn't allow Pd to start.
By copying pd.ico to /tcl, Pd does start. I transcribe the error window:

bitmap "xxxxxxxxx/tcl/pd.ico" not defined while executing
"wm iconbitmap -default [file join $:: sys_guidir pd.ico]"
invoked from within
"init_for_platform"
(procedure "main" line 9)
invoked from within
"main $::argc $::argv"
(file "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\tcl\pd-gui.tcl line 716)

I'm on Windows XP sp3
