Summary: iemlib/toggle_mess weirdness

Initial Comment:
1) I fired up 0.43.4-extended-20121202
2) Open Helpbrowser2.0 with <ctrl-h>
3) Type toggle_mess and hit enter
4) Click the link to "iemlib/toggle_mess" to open the help patch

Bug:
5) [tm 4 8 99 2 -77] at bottom of patch didn't create

6) Close the help patch
7) Open it again

Weirdness:
8)  [tm 4 8 99 2 -77] at bottom of patch now creates

Probably this [tm] is in the patch source code before toggle_mess, but the alias function is broken and requires toggle_mess to be created to get the alias to create
