[PD-dev] renaming delay into buffer size

something between a feature request and a usability bug report.

i think it would make the audio properties clearer if instead of "delay (ms)" it would read either of those instead:
buffer (ms)
buffer size (ms)
I/O buffer size (ms)

or am i missing something?
