Summary: Problem with localized version of the search plug-in

Initial Comment:
I've installed and run the latest beta of Pd-extended on a Windows 7, 64bit computer. It detects I'm French and want to load the Franch translation of the search plug-in but fails with this message:

And I can't see "search" in the help menu.

If I rename the "pd/extra/search-plugin/po" to "pd/extra/search-plugin/_po" Pd starts fine and I can see "search" in the help menu.
