[PD-dev] pix_opencv maintaining

 sorry for missing those threads about pix_opencv ...

 I know Antoine is doing a good work and as I'll not have time to work 
 on pix_opencv for quite a long time, the best is to let he maintain and 
 improve the pix_opencv lib as he like, ok?
