[PD-dev] GEM fails on Win Server 2008 R2

Hi,


I am trying to get multimedia programs working on Windows Server 2008 R2.

PD seems to be working, but GEM rendering doesn't. GEM starts fine, and there are no red messages.
The rendering window ("GEM window") is "blank" (doesn't get repainted). 

"pd.exe -verbose" doesn't give info, but "pd -verbose" says it can't find 'gem.conf''. So, there are two different
configurations? Because it also looses soundcard config.

I would really like to make GEM work...
