Initial Comment:
In Vanilla-Pd atoms are placed in the same X,Y position on the canvas when doing a copy and paste. in Pd-extended they are placed slightly offset (like duplicaton does too in Vanilla). This is probably a feature, but imho should only happen when doing a copy and paste in the same patch. A pasted atom should be pasted without an offset when pasted in a different patch window.
