Summary: [iemnet/tcpserver] does not updated client count properly

Initial Comment:
When a new client connects, the number on the second outlet is updated properly. When a client disconnects, the number is not updated immediately. Only after sending some messages to clients, the number is updated to reflect the correct number of currently connected clients.

See attached patch.
