When building pd-extended from git source, configure option --program-suffix on Linux adds suffixes to

/usr/bin/pd
/usr/lib/pd-extended/pd-watchdog
/usr/lib/pd-extended/tcl/pd-gui.tcl

Should only add a suffix to the first of those.
