[PD-dev] libpd partly working with pd instances

Cool.  The API as it stands is well designed, very straightforward.  Perhaps
it will work to wrap the "pdinstance" structure and related functions calls
(pdinstance_new() etc) in a "libpd instance" structure/API
that can keep track of callback functions, etc.
