[PD-dev] makefile template

Hi, I noticed that in the makefile template, there seems to be a now
deprecated command in the Mac OS X section
    -ftree-vectorizer-verbose=2
should now be changed to:
    -fopt-info-vec-missed
Just thought I'd point this out.
