[PD-dev] jack_transport

Hello,
  I've found an external in pure-data-svn usefull for syncing puredata 
with softwares using jack master tempo.
The code of tb/jack_transport is outdated, then I released an updated 
version with additional features.
I don't know which maintainer I could contact to submit this proposal, 
and/or discuss about it,
  so diff file is in attached archive if someone could handle this,
