as discussed on the [pd-dev mailinglist](http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/pd-dev/2015-09/020353.html) this patch-set implements a revised object loading mechanism.

main features:
 - prioritizes directories with resp. to loaders
 - allows abstractions to shadow externals
 - speeds up abstraction loading


apply the patch-set with `git am`.
