[PD-dev] tcl prompt gone!

with the recent addition of deken to pd-vanilla, it seems that the
tcl-prompt has been kicked out.

was this intentional? can we have it back?
(if it is considered too low-level for the ordinary user, it could be
hidden into the preferences dialog)
