PureData incorrectly specifies that `expr` is GPL licensed.

> ....see LICENSE.txt in this distribution for details. Note however that "expr" is GPL (the rest is all BSD).

source: https://sourceforge.net/p/pure-data/pure-data/ci/master/tree/extra/README.txt

When using `expr` we get the following in the console:

> expr, expr~, fexpr~ version 0.4 under GNU Lesser General Public License

Also, recently as per the author of `expr`, Shahrokh Yadegari, it is now BSD licensed.

> You must have seen my other message. Expr is now on BSD licensing so all is solved

source: https://www.mail-archive.com/pd-list@lists.iem.at/msg05116.html

After verifying this information, please correct license text and necessary documentation conveying the correct license of expr consistenly.
